About Kay

Before entering Real Estate, I was in the Residential Construction industry for over a decade.  With extensive background in building and product knowledge, this has proved to be a valuable asset and given me a competitive edge in selling homes. 

My husband & I own a construction company, Todd Loeffler Construction & Masonry, and have built many homes around the Alexandria area.  We specialize in building ICF homes, which are concrete all the way to the rafters, and have many homes rated with "Energy Star" among the highest in the state of MN.  We now are pushing beyond energy efficiency and incorporating the latest in Green building technologies.  For more information visit us at www.loefflerbuilders.com.
